Ingredients
For the dough:
- 50 g butter
- 250 grams sugar
- 2 egg (s)
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- 300 grams flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 150 ml milk
For the cream:
- 300 g suar
- 200 g chocolate (block chocolate)
- 200 ml milk
- 200 g butter
- 2 sachets desiccated coconut to turn

- For the dough, beat the butter, sugar and eggs until frothy. Fold in the flour and baking powder. Add the milk. Put the dough in a square shape (40 x 30) and bake at 180 ° C top / bottom heat for approx. 18 - 20 minutes. Let the cake cool in the pan.
- For the cream, bring the sugar, block chocolate and milk to the boil and remove from the heat. When the chocolate mixture has reached room temperature, stir in the butter.
- Put the desiccated coconut in a bowl. Now cut the cake into small cubes and turn the pieces first in the chocolate cream, then in the desiccated coconut and chill.
