  • 2 rolls (souls with salt and caraway seeds)
  • 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • some butter
  • 2 slices cheese, e.g. Emmentaler or Edam
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C
  2. Cut open the souls and butter the underside.
  3. Wash the tomatoes and cucumber. Peel the cucumber and cut both into thin slices.
  4. Cover the underside of the souls alternately with cucumber and tomato. Season properly with salt and pepper and top with cheese.
  5. Put in the oven for 15 minutes. After 10 minutes put the lid on the souls and bake for the rest of the time.
  6. If necessary, you can also put ham on top.
