  • 500 g spinach, fresh or frozen leaf spinach
  • 1 onion (s), diced
  • 1 clove garlic, diced
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 200 g sheep cheese
  • 100 g cheese (ratin cheese)
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Sauté the onion and garlic cubes in the oil, add the prepared spinach and cook for about 5 minutes. Drain and place in a greased baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Spread the cheese evenly over it, spread creme fraiche piles on top and then bake in the oven on the middle rack at 200 ° C for about 25 minutes.
  2. Serve with jacket potatoes.
