  • 500 g nocchi
  • 350 g spinach leaves, frozen
  • 125 g Goronzola or other blue cheese
  • 100 g cream cheese, natural
  • 100 g cheese, rated
  • salt and pepper
  • 100 g cooked ham, if you don`t want to do without meat

Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi according to the instructions. Heat the frozen spinach in a pan with cream cheese and blue cheese over medium heat and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Put the finished gnocchi in a baking dish and pour the spinach and cheese mixture over them. Then cover with the grated cheese of your choice. Bake the casserole in the oven at 175 ° for about 25 minutes, depending on how brown you like the cheese.
  3. You can also add fried boiled ham. To do this, cut the ham into pieces, fry briefly and spread over the gnocchi before pouring the spinach and cheese mixture over it.
