Ingredients

  • 600 g pork fillet (s)
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 green pepper (s)
  • 200 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • 50 g butter
  • 2 onions)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 1 medium pickled cucumber (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Cut the pork tenderloin into 1/2 cm thick slices. Put in a bowl and pour the soy sauce over it. Cover and let stand for 20 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and add the meat slices along with the soy sauce. Fry for 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly. Then take it out and keep it warm.
  3. Put the butter in the frying fat and let it melt. Set the pan aside. Peel the onions and clove of garlic and cut into rings.
  4. Wash, clean and cut the peppers into strips. Clean the mushrooms, shorten the stems and cut them into leaves. Heat the fat in the pan again and add the vegetables with the salt. Steam while stirring for 5-7 minutes. Then add the meat slices again. Cut the pickled cucumber into slices and mix in. Stir in the cream and let it steep for another 8-10 minutes over low heat. When the cooking time is over, season to taste with salt, pepper and soy sauce and serve.
  5. Serve with a mixed salad plate and fresh white bread.
