Ingredients

  • 500 g lamb fillet (s)
  • 4 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 300 g onion (s)
  • 160 g rice, dry
  • 300 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 eggplant (s)
  • 2 zucchini
  • 3 pepper (s), yellow, red and green
  • 6 tomato (s)
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cut the lamb fillet into cubes. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat cubes on all sides for a few minutes. Crush the garlic cloves and dice the onions, add both and fry with them. Add rice, broth and paprika powder and season with salt and pepper. Let simmer on a mild heat for about 25 minutes.
  2. Cut the eggplant, zucchini, peppers and tomatoes into cubes. Add the vegetables to the meat and cook for another 20 minutes. Season the Balkan pan with salt and pepper and serve sprinkled with parsley.
  3. The meal has 6 points per person.
