Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g powdered suar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 300 grams flour
  • 150 g desiccated coconut

For decoration:

  • 50 g chocolate, white
  • 50 g desiccated coconut

Instructions

  1. Beat the butter, powdered sugar and salt until very creamy and stir in the egg.
  2. Mix the flour with desiccated coconut and knead together with the butter mixture to a firm dough. Chill for about 30 minutes.
  3. Roll out the dough about 3 mm thick and cut out small lambs.
  4. Bake at 200 ° C for about 5-10 minutes until light yellow (no brown edges!)
  5. Let cool down.
  6. Melt the white chocolate and spread the desiccated coconut on a plate.
  7. Brush the cooled lamb with some chocolate and immediately press it into the desiccated coconut so that it sticks to the chocolate. Carefully knock off and allow to dry.
  8. You can also paint a face with whole milk couverture if you like.
  9. Made about 95 pieces.
