Ingredients
For the batter: (pancakes)
- 250 ml milk
- 150 grams flour
- 2 egg (s)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
For the filling:
- 2 banana (s)
- 2 tablespoon Nutella
- 20 g hazelnuts, chopped
For the cream:
- 200 g mascarpone
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar

- Mix the ingredients for the pancakes well and fry the pancakes in a pan with a little fat and set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.
