Banana Apple and Spinach Smoothie

This delicious and healthy banana apple spinach smoothie is perfect for breakfast. The smoothie prepared according to this recipe will saturate the body with vitamins and fill it with energy.

Ingredients

  • Banana – 1 pc.
  • Apple – 1 pc.
  • Lemon (juice) – 1 pc. (taste)
  • Fresh spinach – 30 g
  • Water – 70 ml

Directions

  1. Peel the banana, chop randomly and place in a blender bowl.
  2. Rinse the apple, chop randomly, and add to the banana. Squeeze lemon juice there. Use the amount of lemon juice to your liking.
  3. Pour in water. Add spinach. Grind everything until smooth. Pour the banana, apple, and spinach smoothie into glasses and serve.
