- 1 sachet gelatine - fix
- 250 ml buttermilk
- 35 g suar
- 50 g rated chocolate, dark
- 10 g chocolate couverture, dark
- 25 g whipped cream

- Peel and chop a banana, put a few pieces of banana aside to decorate. Peel and puree the rest of the bananas.
- Stir the gelatine into the buttermilk with a whisk and stir for about 1 minute. Stir in the sugar with the banana puree. Layer the cream alternately with chocolate shavings in glasses. Chill for 10 minutes.
- Remove curls from the couverture with a peeler. Whip the cream until stiff. Pour a small cream tuff onto the buttermilk cream in the glass, decorate with bananas and chocolate curls.
