Banana Cheesecakes with Raisins (no Eggs)

by Editorial Staff

There are no eggs in the banana cheese pancakes, but at the same time they are in no way inferior to the traditional ones. Thanks to bananas, which are naturally viscous and sweet, cheesecakes with raisins are very sweet and keep their shape perfectly.

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese – 500 g
  • Flour – 150 g
  • Bananas – 2 pcs.
  • Raisins – 40 g
  • Vanilla sugar – 5 g
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp

Directions

  1. Fill the raisins with boiling water and leave for 10 minutes. Peel two large and ripe bananas. Grind until smooth. Grind the cottage cheese with a blender for a more delicate texture of curd cakes. Mix together cottage cheese, mashed banana and vanilla sugar. Discard the steamed raisins on a sieve. Add to the banana-curd mass. We mix.
  2. Pour in about half (75 g) flour. We knead the banana-curd dough for cheesecakes. We form round billets and bread them in the remaining flour. We fry the banana cheesecakes in a pan with heated vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown (you can fry the other side of the cheesecakes under the lid, slightly reducing the heat).
  3. Banana cheesecakes without eggs are ready. Serve cheese cakes with sour cream, berries, jam, tea.

Bon Appetit!
