Banana Cherry Cake with Biscuits

Ingredients

For the dough:

400 g sour cherries
2 packs pudding powder, vanilla
750 ml milk, (banana milk), from the refrigerated shelf
2 egg (s), separated
3 banana (s)
2 tablespoon lemon juice

For decoration:

400 g whipped cream
2 packs vanilla sugar
2 packs cream stabilizer
2 packs biscuit (s), (shortbread biscuits with dark chocolate)
Sweets, (marshmallow bananas)

Instructions

Mix flour with baking powder and place in a sealable bowl (about 3 l) and mix with sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the eggs and banana milk and put the lid on the bowl. Shake the bowl for 15-30 seconds so that all the ingredients are well mixed. Stir everything carefully with a whisk or mixing spoon so that dry ingredients are mixed in from the edge. Place a baking frame on a baking sheet (30 x 40 cm, greased). Pour in the dough, smooth it out and put the baking sheet in the preheated oven. Bake for 20 minutes at 200 ° C. Let the cake cool down after baking.
Wash the cherries (remove the stems and stone the fresh cherries). Mix the pudding powder with the banana milk and egg yolk. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil, stir in the mixed pudding powder and bring to the boil while stirring. Beat the egg whites until stiff and immediately fold into the pudding. Let the pudding cool down.
Peel and slice the bananas, drizzle with lemon juice and spread on the cake base with the cherries. Spread the pudding on top and let everything cool down.
Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar and cream stiff until stiff. Spread everything on the cake. Spread the cookies and sugar bananas on the cake.
Tip: The cake can also be prepared with cherries from the glass (drained weight 370 g).
