Ingredients
- 600 g sour cherries, frozen
- 80 g suar
- 230 ml nectar (sour cherry)
- 30 g cornstarch (Gustin)
- 10 ml lemon juice
- 2 g cinnamon
- 3 banana (s)

- Sprinkle the frozen cherries with sugar and let them thaw. Drain the liquid through a sieve and collect it. Bring to the boil together with 200 ml of nectar. Mix the Gustin with the remaining sour cherry nectar and lemon juice and add to the liquid. Let it boil once. Season to taste with cinnamon. Then add the cherries and the sliced bananas and leave to cool.
- Best served with a dollop of cream on top.
