Ingredients
For the sauce:
- 50 ml milk
- 30 grams sugar
- 10 g cocoa powder
- 10 g chocolate
For the brittle:
- 20 g suar, brown
- 20 g almond (s) or roasted almonds
Also:
- 200 g milk
- 150 g banana (s)
- 2 scoops yoghurt (frozen yoghurt), natural

- For the chocolate sauce, mix milk with sugar, cocoa powder and finely chopped chocolate and heat until the chocolate has melted. Let it boil down until the desired consistency is achieved.
- If you want, you can use roasted almonds yourself or use the sugar and almonds to make the brittle in a pan. To do this, first chop the almonds nicely, then melt the sugar with a little water until it caramelizes nicely and immediately add the almonds and stir until everything has combined. Let cool on a baking mat.
- Mix the bananas with the milk. Now first put the frozen yoghurt as balls or pieces into glasses, then pour the shake over them. Finally, add as many of the chocolate sauce and almonds as you want. Serve immediately.
