Ingredients
- 150 g butter
- 150 grams sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 3 egg (s)
- 5 banana (s), fully ripe
- 150 ml whipped cream
- 3 tablespoon rum
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 250 g flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 100 g desiccated coconut
- some powdered sugar, for dusting

- Mix the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Gradually stir in the eggs well one by one.
- Peel the bananas, mash them finely with a fork and stir in with the whipped cream and rum. Mix cocoa powder, flour, baking powder and desiccated coconut and fold in.
- Pour the dough into a greased bundt cake pan and bake at 180 degrees for about 50-60 minutes.
- Serve dusted with powdered sugar.
