- 400 g banana (s)
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cl rum
- 200 g cream
- 100 g quark, lean
- 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
- 200 g strawberries

- Peel the bananas, strain them through a sieve, whisk with lemon juice and the rum.
- Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until it is half stiff. Stir the low-fat quark and then the cream into the banana puree.
- Inject the cream into dessert glasses. Wash the strawberries, remove the stems and place them dry on the cream. Serve immediately.
