Instructions

  1. For the batter, roughly mash the bananas and set aside. Chop the kisses, also set aside.
  2. Mix the flour with the ground nuts and baking powder.
  3. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat.
  4. Grease a tray and place the baking frame on it measuring approx. 24 x 20 cm.
  5. Now whip the eggs with the sugar until creamy and pour in the butter. Then fold in the flour mixture, the bananas and the peck pieces. Pour into the baking frame and bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes.
  6. Then carefully remove from the baking frame with a sharp knife. Remove the baking frame and turn the base onto a wire rack. Let cool down completely.
  7. Roughly mash the banana and mix with the yogurt, honey and lemon juice.
  8. It is important that you do this by hand, otherwise the mass will be too runny!
  9. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in the banana mixture. Spread the cream on the cooled base. Decorate with a wavy comb if you like and place the kisses on it.
  10. Dust with cocoa powder if necessary.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
