- 10 large strawberries
- 0.5 ½ apple
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 6 tablespoon oatmeal, delicate as a blossom
- some lemon juice, fresh
- Milk, to fill up

- Wash the strawberries and remove the stalk. Peel and stone 1/2 apple. Put the berries and apple in a scaled container. Now add the vanilla sugar, honey, lemon juice and oat flakes. Finally pour milk up to 500ml. (You can also use yoghurt instead of milk) Puree everything to a creamy mass.
- This drink is a wonderful substitute for breakfast. For everyone who likes things to be quick and uncomplicated.
