- 50 grams sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 tablespoon water
- 48 piece (s) confectionery (Toffifee)
- 2 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 160 g suar

- Knead the flour, butter, egg yolk, water, salt and 50 g sugar to form a dough. Let it rest for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Then roll out and cut out 48 circles. Put a Toffifee in the middle.
