Ingredients
- 500 g strawberries, pureed
- 500 g low-fat quark
- 200 g whipped cream, whipped until stiff
- sugar or sweetener
- 100 g chocolate, white, chopped
- some lemon juice
- Strawberries for garnish

- Fold the whipped cream and chocolate into the quark. Possibly a little sweet. Season the pureed strawberries with lemon juice and possibly a little sweetener.
- Now layer in bowls and garnish with a strawberry.
