Ingredients
- 500 g quark
- 500 g natural yourt
- 100 g suar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
- 1 orange (s), including the juice
- 200 ml cream
- 400 g ladyfiners
- 200 ml cocoa
- 2 banana (s)
- 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
- possibly orange (n) fillets

- Mix the quark with the yogurt, sugar, vanilla sugar and orange juice until smooth. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the quark cream.
- Line a baking dish with ladyfingers, moisten with the cocoa. Cut the bananas into thin slices and place on the biscuits, spread with half of the cream. Place the remaining biscuits on top, soak them in cocoa, coat with cream, dust with cocoa powder and cover and leave to rest in the refrigerator overnight. Orange fillets are suitable for decoration.
