Ingredients

  • 30 grams sugar
  • 1 tablespoon liqueur (coffee liqueur)
  • 1 tablespoon coffee powder (espresso)
  • 6 tablespoon water, warm
  • 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 125 g cream substitute (Rama Cremefine for whippin)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon amaretto or other almond liqueur
  • 50 g powdered suar
  • 6 ladyfingers

Instructions

  1. Mix the sugar with the coffee liqueur, espresso powder and water. Bring to the boil once and reduce to a syrupy level over medium heat. Let cool down.
  2. Mix the quark, rama cremefine, cinnamon powder, almond liqueur and powdered sugar until smooth. Break the ladyfingers. Then spread the biscuits, quark cream and syrup in layers between 4 glasses and serve immediately.
