Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 200 g bacon, streaked, thinly sliced
  • 5 tablespoon ketchup, hot
  • 5 tablespoon mustard, mild
  • 3 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon chilli pepper (s), red, finely chopped (without seeds)

Instructions

  1. Mix together the ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, honey, oil and the chilli pepper. Place the chicken fillets in the marinade for a few hours, preferably overnight.
  2. Cut the meat into very long strips approx. 2 cm thick. Place the bacon slices on the chicken strips and roll both together very tightly into snails, stick on skewers and grill.
