Ingredients

  • 500 g spinach, frozen, chopped
  • 40 g basil, chopped or bobbed-head basil
  • 1 onion (s), peeled and cut into fine cubes
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled and cut into fine cubes
  • 1 tablespoon clarified butter
  • 200 g cream
  • Allspice, from the mill
  • sea-salt
  • Pepper, more colorful from the mill
  • Nutmeg, grated
  • Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Sweat the onion and garlic in the clarified butter. Add frozen spinach, heat while stirring and cook.
  2. Fold in the basil leaves and pour in the cream.
  3. Season with allspice, nutmeg, colored pepper and the Worcestershire sauce, season with sea salt.
