Ingredients
- 1 large can (s) beans (French beans)
- 250 g salami in one piece
- 1 onion (s)
- 6 tablespoon oil
- 3 tablespoon vinegar
- pepper
- salt
- 1 clove (s) garlic, crushed

- Drain the beans on a sieve and, if necessary, cut them into small pieces. Cut the salami into fine strips. Peel the onion and cut into thin slices. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix the oil with the vinegar, pepper, salt and crushed garlic clove. Pour over the salad and let it steep until ready to eat.
