- 280 g flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 60 ml oil
- 2 egg (s)
- 180 g buttermilk
- 50 g cheese, rated Gouda cheese
- some paprika powder, noble sweet

- Sieve the flour into a bowl, add sugar, baking powder and salt and mix everything together. Pour the oil into a large bowl, stir in the eggs along with the buttermilk. Gradually add the flour mixture and stir until a smooth dough is formed. Fold in the gouda and salami. Put the dough in the greased muffin tin and bake for 20-25 minutes at 170 ° C fan oven.
