Ingredients

  • 1 small Can (s) kidney beans, approx. 250 g
  • 1 small Can (s) beans, white, approx. 250 g
  • 100 grams bacon
  • 150 g Cabanossi
  • 3 medium onion (s)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 250 ml beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 250 g tomato (s), peeled
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 teaspoons paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • Paprika powder, hot as rose
  • Chili powder
  • Worcester sauce
  • beer

Instructions

  1. Dice the bacon and cabanossi and fry well in hot oil. Add the chopped onion and finely chopped garlic after a few minutes and sweat with it. Add tomato paste and roast with it, then deglaze with a strong dash of beef stock and let it boil down again.
  2. Chop the tomatoes and add them with the rest of the beef stock and the drained beans. Stir in the mustard and spices and season with hot pepper, chilli, Worchester sauce, beer,
  3. Let it boil down to your personal taste.
  4. I have baguettes with it.
