Ingredients

  • g 1,000 beef from the bottom shell or incorrect fillet
  • 2 onions)
  • salt
  • 1 tablespoon peppercorns
  • 2 glasses tomato peppers, quartered, 70 ml each
  • 1 ½ glasses pickled cucumber (s), 720 ml each
  • 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • cucumber water
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil the meat with the whole onions, salt and peppercorns in water for a little over an hour. Remove the meat from the broth and cut all the ingredients into cubes of approximately the same size.
  2. Put the cut ingredients in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, mayonnaise and tomato ketchup. If necessary, a little cucumber water can be added.
