Ingredients
- 1 beetroot, cooked
- 1 pear (s)
- agave syrup or honey
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), juice from it
- 150 ml water

- Divide the beetroot once in the middle. Remove the stalk from the pear and cut the pear into smaller pieces.
- Squeeze the juice of one lemon half. Put all the ingredients in a blender and add water as desired (I recommend around 150 ml here).
- Set the mixer to the highest setting for about a minute so that everything is nice and creamy.
