Ingredients

  • 190 g butter
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
  • 1 lemon (s), organic, the grated zest it

  • 220 g flour
  • 40 g durum wheat semolina
  • 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 150 g yourt
  • 1 ½ tablespoon lemon juice
  • 250 g berries, mixed

For the cream:

  • 300 g cream cheese
  • 250 g low-fat quark
  • 80 g powdered suar
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 40 ml mineral water
  • 150 g berries, mixed

Instructions

  1. Whip the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and grated lemon zest until creamy white. Stir eggs one by one into the butter mixture. Mix the flour, semolina, baking powder and salt and pour over the butter and egg mixture. Work under the dough together with the yoghurt and lemon juice (do not stir for so long, otherwise the dough will be tough).
  2. Pour the dough into the greased lid of the Ultra pro (casserole dish 3.3 l), smooth it out and spread the washed, dried berries on it, possibly pressing a little into the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 ° C top / bottom heat for 30 - 40 minutes.
  3. For the cream, mix well all ingredients except for the berries. Spread the cream on the cooled cake and sprinkle a few berries over it.
  4. Attention: You need twice the amount for a whole sheet!
