Ingredients

  • 30 g butter
  • 125 ml milk
  • 21 g yeast, (1/2 cube)
  • 250 g flour
  • 80 g suar
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 1 packet sauce powder, vanilla flavor, for cooking
  • 300 g blackberries

Also:

  • Powdered sugar, for dusting
  • Flour, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter. Warm milk lukewarm. Dissolve the yeast in the milk. Put the flour, 30g sugar and 1 egg in a mixing bowl. Add the milk mixture and butter to the mixing bowl. First knead with a dough hook, then with your hands to form a smooth dough. Dust the dough lightly with flour and cover and let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
  2. Mix the sour cream, 2 eggs, 50g sugar and sauce powder until smooth.
  3. Knead the dough well again on a floured work surface. Roll out into a round shape (28cm diameter) and place in a pan lined with baking paper (about 19cm below, about 23cm above), pressing the edge on. Let rise for another 20 minutes.
  4. Sort the blackberries, wash, drain and distribute in the tin.
  5. Pour the topping evenly over it. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for 25-35 minutes, eventually cover with aluminum foil.
  6. Take the flan out of the oven and dust with powdered sugar just before serving. Serve warm or cold.
