Ingredients
- 5 heads lettuce (endive, young, tender)
- 1 apple
- 3 teaspoon sauce (cocktail sauce)
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon vinegar (e.g. apple cider vinegar)
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- Herbs Provence
- surimi

- Prepare the vinaigrette and add to the bowl. Add all other spices and stir. Cut the endive into slices from the tip until the point is unusable. Peel and core the apple and cut into not too small cubes. If you want to add surimi, cut it into slices and mix in. Mix well and let steep for about 1 hour.
- Serve cold.
