Ingredients

  • 1 tube tomato paste
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 0.5 can ½ corn
  • 2 tablespoon crème fraîche
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Sweet paprika powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 small Can (s) tomato (s), chunky
  • 400 ml milk
  • 500 g pasta

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. For the sauce, first cut the onions into half rings, if necessary also very small, then sauté in the saucepan. Then add the minced meat and fry it through, then season everything with salt, pepper and paprika. Next add the tomato paste and stir, then add the milk and stir everything well. Then add the crème fraîche and the corn. Then add the chunky tomatoes and the sugar. Cook everything nicely and it`s done.
  3. To get a change, I sometimes add carrots. I also always add some tomato and spice ketchup, it adds that certain something.
