Ingredients
- 6 tablespoon olive oil, cold-pressed, extra virgin
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
- 2 teaspoon mustard, medium hot, or Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon herbs, (salad herbs), dried
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1 pinch (s) black pepper, freshly ground

- Put all ingredients in a slim tall container and mix with a hand blender, alternatively mix in a cup with a small whisk.
- I prefer to use the dressing with mixed salads (oak leaf, lollo rosso, radicchio, rocket, lamb`s lettuce, baby spinach, whatever is available, and tomatoes and cucumbers). By the way, it also goes well with lamb`s lettuce with roasted white bread cubes and bacon cubes.
