  • Bread – 480 Grams
  • Milk – 4 Glasses
  • Sugar – 1.5 Glasses
  • Salt – 0.5 Teaspoons
  • Butter – 240 Grams
  • Eggs – 3 Pieces
  • Vanilla – 2 Art. spoons
  • Cinnamon – 1 Tbsp. the spoon
  • Nutmeg – 1 Teaspoon
  • Raisins – 1 Glass
  • Powdered sugar – 1.5 Cups
  • Chicken yolks – 2 Pieces
  • Whiskey – 0.5 cups (can be substituted with orange juice)

  1. Cut the bread into slices, then cut each into small squares or tear into free-form pieces

  2. In a bowl, combine milk, 120 grams of melted butter, eggs, vanilla.
  3. Add cinnamon, nutmeg to the mixture, stir.
  4. Put the bread in a large bowl, add the raisins and pour in the milk mixed with the rest of the ingredients, stir and leave for a while so that the bread absorbs most of the liquid.
  5. Grease a baking dish and place the soaked bread in it.
  6. Send the form into an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees for 1 hour.

  7. Remove from oven and set aside to cool slightly.
  8. Meanwhile, put butter in a saucepan and put it on fire.
  9. Add the icing sugar and whisk.
  10. Remove saucepan from heat and add chicken yolks, whisk vigorously to prevent eggs curdling.
  11. Whisk the mixture and add whiskey
  12. At first, the sauce will be liquid, but as it cools, it will acquire a thick consistency.
  13. Cut the pudding, still warm, into pieces, pour over the sauce and garnish with a scoop of ice cream
