Ingredients

  • 300 g bread roll (s) (bread cubes), dried
  • 2 liter soup (beef soup)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • some nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish (horseradish), from the glass

Instructions

  1. Put the bread cubes in a wider saucepan and gradually pour the hot soup over the cubes with a ladle until they have absorbed enough of the soup. It shouldn`t get too muddy.
  2. Cut the garlic into very small pieces or press through with a press and add. Season with salt and pepper. Add nutmeg to taste. Mix well and finally mix in the horseradish.
  3. Serve with beef. If there is no real beef soup left, you can also use a soup with a soup cube. Season a little more if necessary.
