  • 800 g celeriac
  • 1 liter vegetable stock
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 200 breadcrumbs
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Oil (sunflower oil) as needed

Instructions

  1. Peel the celery and cut into 1-2 cm thick slices. Cook in the vegetable stock for about 5 minutes. Drain, keep the broth. Let the celery slices cool down. Then sprinkle with the spice sparingly. Turn in the beaten egg, then in the breadcrumbs and fry in sunflower oil on both sides until golden.
