Breaded Pumpkin

Here’s a simple pumpkin dish. Delicious and effortless.

Ingredients
- Pumpkin – 300 g
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- Salt to taste
- Seasoning (optional)
- Flour
- Breadcrumbs
- Vegetable oil
Directions
- Cut the pumpkin into thin slices.
- Beat the egg with salt, you can add seasoning to taste.
- Dip the slices in flour, on both sides.
- Then dip in an egg.
- Bread in breadcrumbs or cornbread.
- Fry in vegetable oil on both sides.
- Place the roasted pumpkin on a paper towel to absorb excess fat.
- Breaded fried pumpkin is ready.
