Broccoli, Cauliflower and Green Beans Casserole with Sour Cream and Cheese

If you stick to a proper diet, try to give preference to tasty and healthy food, I bring to your attention an excellent casserole that is suitable for both adults and children – from broccoli, cauliflower, and green beans. Take sour cream and eggs as a filling. Hard cheese will provide a golden cap. This cabbage casserole can be served for both lunch and dinner, vegetables and protein are just what you need!

Ingredients
- Broccoli – 350 g
- Cauliflower – 200 g
- Green beans (frozen) – 100 g
- Sour cream – 120 g
- Hard cheese – 70 g
- Eggs (large) – 2 pcs.
- Garlic – 1 clove
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper – to taste
- Vegetable oil (for lubricating the mold) – 15 ml (1 tablespoon)
Directions
- Put the sour cream in a bowl, beat in the eggs. Add salt and ground pepper there to taste. Stir everything with a fork or whisk.
- Peel and grate the garlic, add to a bowl of sour cream. Grate hard cheese on a fine grater.
- Disassemble cauliflower and broccoli into inflorescences. In a saucepan, bring water (2 L) to a boil, lower the green beans, broccoli, and cauliflower. Boil vegetables and beans for 1.5-2 minutes, then drain the water. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Transfer the cabbage and beans to an oiled oven dish. Pour the vegetables with the sour cream and egg mixture.
- Cover everything with grated hard cheese and send it to the preheated oven.
- Cook the casserole for 35 minutes at 180 degrees. After a while, check the readiness, there should be a golden ruddy hat on top. If necessary, the baking time can be increased by another 5-10 minutes.
- The broccoli, cauliflower, and green beans casserole are ready.
