Instructions

  1. First, the Mu-Err mushrooms are soaked in water and boiled in water for at least 15 minutes. The cooking water should then be poured away.
  2. Meanwhile, the broccoli can be cleaned and cut into florets. Now the onion should also be cut, preferably into narrow strips. Next, the tofu is cut into cubes and fried in the oil until crispy. With the water and the soy sauce is now extinguished and broccoli, pieces of onion and mushrooms are added to the pan. Then the sauce should be flavored with sugar. With this sauce, it is important that not much of it evaporates. Therefore it can be served shortly afterwards, because it tastes best when the broccoli is still very crunchy.
  3. Then, if necessary, you can season the food with chilli and sprinkle sesame over it.
  4. It also tastes good if you brown some garlic with the tofu (1-2 cloves). Rice goes well with this.
  5. These mushrooms, which are also known under the name Judas ears, can also be found in the wild in this country. You will particularly find it in old elderberry stocks, even in winter. Judas ears are also one of the medicinal mushrooms, because they are very healthy.
