Ingredients
- 0.5 liter ½ buttermilk
- 2 egg (s)
- 2 cup / s sugar, (approx. 300 gr.)
- 4 cup flour, (approx. 00 gr.)
- 1 ½ pack baking powder
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- 100 g desiccated coconut
- 100 g almond (s), chopped
- 0.5 ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 ½ cup sweet cream

- Process the buttermilk, eggs, sugar, flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar into the batter and pour onto a deep (dripping pan) baking sheet. Then mix the coconut flakes and chopped almonds and spread on the dough. Then sprinkle the powdered sugar over it.
- Baking time: approx. 20 - 25 minutes at 175 degrees (convection)
- After baking, put 1 1/2 cups of sweet cream on the hot cake. Finished
