  • 750 g white cabbae
  • 500 g potato (s)
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 large onions
  • 2 rolls
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the cabbage into strips. Peel the potatoes and cut them into not too thin slices.
  2. Briefly fry the potato slices in a little oil in a large pan and season with salt and pepper, remove from the pan. Also fry the cabbage in the pan until it has collapsed a little and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In the meantime, process the soaked, lightly squeezed rolls with minced meat, diced onions, eggs, salt and pepper into a minced dough.
  4. In a large baking dish, layer half of the cabbage, then the mince, then the potatoes and the rest of the cabbage on top. Drizzle over the soy sauce. Place the closed baking dish in the oven for 45 minutes at 180 °.
