Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 2 tablespoon breadcrumbs

  • 1 packet tomato (s), strained (500ml)
  • 1 cup cream
  • 400 g spinach leaves, frozen oods
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. The cloves of garlic and onions are peeled, the onions are cut into cubes, the cloves of garlic are finely chopped. Now these ingredients are divided into three servings.
  2. Heat some margarine in a saucepan, add the thawed or thawed spinach and some of the garlic and onion cubes. Stew for about 15 minutes and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  3. In the meantime, heat some olive oil in a saucepan and sauté another part of the garlic and onion cubes. Deglaze with the tomatoes and cream, bring to the boil briefly and season with salt, pepper and oregano.
  4. Now prepare a meat dough from the minced meat, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and the last third of the garlic and onion cubes and fill the cannelloni rolls with it.
  5. Spread the spinach in a baking dish, place the rolls on top and pour the sauce over them.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven at 225 degrees for approx. 45 minutes.
