Ingredients

  • 250 g cannelloni
  • 2 zucchini
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 125 g cream cheese or sour cream
  • 150 g cheese (e.. Gouda, Emmentaler ), rated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable stock, instant or Vegeta
  • 200 ml cream
  • some parsley

Instructions

  1. Grate the washed zucchini and place in a bowl. Add cream cheese or sour cream, 100 g cheese, salt, pepper, olive oil, pressed garlic clove, parsley, vegetable stock or Vegeta and mix well.
  2. Fill the cannelloni with the zucchini mixture and place in a baking dish. Pour the whipped cream over it and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese. Cook in the oven for approx. 40 minutes at 180 ° C.
