• 1 cup coffee, cooked (espresso), hotter
• 3 teaspoons sugar
• 5 teaspoons brandy, Spanish (e.g. Osbonr, Carlos etc.)
• 3 coffee beans
• 1 piece (s) lemon (s) - zest

Instructions

1. Put 3 teaspoons of sugar in a small cup or glass. Add 5 teaspoons of brandy. Mix the sugar with the brandy and flambé with a lighter. Let it burn for about 30 seconds, then extinguish and fill up with the espresso. Serve with coffee beans and a small piece of lemon zest.
