  • 0.5 liter ½ milk
  • 4 tablespoon sugar
  • liters ⅛ water
  • 30 grams sugar
  • 40 g cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoon milk
  • 1 cup cream

Instructions

  1. First caramelize the 4 tablespoons of sugar in a saucepan and deglaze with 1/8 liter of water. Bring half a liter of milk to a boil in an extra saucepan and add the caramel. Mix the sugar, cornstarch and milk in a cup and stir into the boiling milk. Bring to the boil and then let cool down.
  2. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the cooled cream. Arrange the cream in glasses and garnish with whipped cream if desired.
