Ingredients

  • 40 g almond sticks
  • 4 medium carrot (s)
  • 2 large apples
  • 3 tablespoon oil (safflower oil)
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), juice and some zest
  • 2 orange (s), or blood oranges
  • 1 pinch (s) raw cane sugar
  • sea-salt
  • Pepper White

Instructions

  1. Toast the almond sticks.
  2. Wash and grate the carrots and apples. Peel the carrots beforehand. Halve and squeeze the lemon, rub off some of the peel. Squeeze oranges.
  3. Mix the orange dressing with all the specified ingredients in a bowl. To taste. Pour it over the grated carrot and apple mixture, mix well. Let it steep a little while covering the salad.
  4. Season to taste again before serving and add the roasted almond sticks to the salad.
