Carrot Smoothie with Apple and Orange

Apple, Carrot, and Orange Smoothie is a delicious and healthy breakfast drink that will invigorate the whole day. There are no sweeteners in this recipe, so it is perfect for anyone who counts calories and preserves their figure!

Ingredients

  • Carrots – 1 pc.
  • Apples – 1 pc.
  • Orange – 2 pcs.
  • Flax seeds – 1 tbsp

Directions

  1. Prepare apple and orange carrot smoothies.
  2. Peel the carrots and cut them into cubes.
  3. Peel the apple and cut it into cubes.
  4. Cut the orange in half and squeeze out the juice.
  5. Pour squeezed juice with orange pulp into the mixer bowl, send chopped carrots and an apple there, add half a spoonful of flax seeds.
  6. Beat first in ripple mode and then at a slow speed until smooth.
  7. Pour the apple and orange carrot smoothie into glasses, sprinkle with flax seeds.
  8. Serve to the table.
