Carrot Smoothie

The Carrot Smoothie recipe is a great choice if you want to indulge in a healthy and nutritious shake that will fill you with tons of healthy vitamins and energy for the whole day!

Servings: 2-4

Ingredients

  • Carrots – 3 Pieces
  • Orange – 1 Piece
  • Orange Juice Concentrate – 170 Milliliters
  • Honey – 1/4 Cup
  • Vanillin – 1 Art. the spoon
  • Ice – 2 Glasses

Directions

  1. Peel and wash the carrots.
  2. Cut it in the way shown in the photo.
  3. Now place the chopped carrots, peeled orange (cut into wedges), barley, butternut squash, orange juice concentrate, honey and 2-3 cups of water in a blender and chop well.
  4. Add vanillin, ice cubes and grind well again in a mixer.
