  • Oat flakes, flea shell, sesame or chia seeds, coconut flakes, ground almonds or nuts or various

Instructions

  1. Peel, wash and roughly chop the carrots. Peel, wash and roughly chop the cucumber. Wash the apples, remove the core and roughly chop. Peel and roughly chop the banana.
  2. First put the water-rich and soft ingredients such as cucumber, banana, avocado, apple and a splash of lemon juice in the blender and puree briefly. The lemon juice prevents the avocado and apples from turning brown. Then put the carrot pieces in the blender and puree everything finely. Add cold water if necessary.
  3. The smoothie can be enriched with various ingredients, e.g., with oat flakes, flea shell, flax, sesame or chia seeds, coconut flakes, ground almonds or nuts or various oils.
